- A physician with a Ph.D. in Computer Science from National Taiwan University, Dr. Liaw brings over 25 years of experience in the medical device industry. He has held leadership positions at Biogend Therapeutics, Somnics, and Ingrowth Biotech. In parallel, he serves as an Associate Professor at NTU’s Graduate Institute of Biomedical Optomechatronics and the Department of Orthopedics. His clinical, academic, and entrepreneurial background ensures ACHEOFF’s clinical relevance, compliance, and strategic direction.
Shih Chun Lee
COO, M.A. Political Science
- Holding an M.A. in political science and five years of extensive experience in one of Taiwan’s top startup accelerators, Lee is a certified entrepreneurial coach. He has successfully supported over a dozen startups in business development and played a critical role in turning around two early-stage companies. He now leads ACHEOFF’s business operations, commercialization strategy, and international growth.
Guo Luen Huang
CTO, Orthopedic Surgeon
- An orthopedic surgeon with 28 years of clinical experience, Dr. Huang leads product design, mechanical engineering, and software integration. His additional expertise in blockchain and AI-driven healthcare platforms enhances the team’s innovation capacity. He is also a graduate of Y Combinator’s Startup School, supporting execution in fast-paced, global markets.
